I have been a customer of a clinic in Harpenden for many years as a result of their intimate customer approach. However the experience that I had today far exceeded anything that I have encountered before. A detailed analysis and informative approach to a treatment that I wanted to proceed with, which resulted in me not going ahead on the advice of the clinician. I had my second facial with Dr Caroline today. Felt completely comfortable and able to ask questions. Caroline is warm and friendly which puts me at ease. In the past I have found some places intimidating but not at BeauSynergy.

Treatment explained clearly and I was made to feel very comfortable and confident. Any concerns I had were discussed. Very pleased with the treatment.
